About
Rachel
Founder and Dance Teacher
Rachel started her journey with Irish Dancing at a young age. She competed for many years before exploring modern, tap, and jazz dance for a brief period. However, it was as a teenager that Rachel discovered her true passion for hip hop, and she quickly fell in love with the style. Rachel competed at Ireland’s top competitions, and has performed and competed in prestigious events around the world, sparking a deep passion for hip hop that continues to grow to this day.
Rachel has had the privilege of training with some of the best choreographers globally. She has trained in renowned dance studios in Los Angeles and San Diego.
One of her most memorable experiences came in 2017, when she was cast through an audition process to perform in the hip hop version of The Nutcracker at Culture Shock Dance Centre. The performance at the Spreckels Theatre on Broadway in San Diego was a highlight of her career. Since then she has performed at Ireland's top concert venue the 3 Arena and has danced for an audience of 40,000 at Longitude Festival.
While dance was Rachel’s first love, she also pursued an honours degree in Business Studies and Arts Management, which has greatly contributed to her success. Rachel began teaching dance and has never looked back. She loves sharing her passion for dance, and inspiring others to discover their own love for the art form.
